All teachers are highly qualified and experienced individuals who,
in addition to their college education, hold a Montessori certification.
Assistant teachers as well as childcare supervisors are required to
complete a Montessori Assistant’s program and staff members are
required to hold pediatric first aid and CPR certifications.

Staff members meet high standards as role models in behavior and
attitude, encouraging the development of self-respect, respect for
